I contacted Installpros by telephone and made appointment for review and quote to replace my current security camera system, My current system was less than 4 years old, but have had issues with system since it was installed,Silvino made appointment, and was right on time, I am a Technical support person by profession, but not in the alarm industry, Silvino guided me in the direction I need to go, I agreed, and we set an appointment to start the upgrade of my system. on the appointed date Silvino arrived on time, and got started right away, they worked until 8pm that evening, and came back the next day to complete the installation. while completing the installation Silvino worked with my internet provider to configure the system for remote access, this was the main issue with my previous system, I couldn't remotely monitor the cameras. The installation was perfect and included also some extras as new electrical plug for the tv and speakers stands on the side of the TV. One of the difficulties we had is that the tv was in the wall and everything is much more difficult for a non professional. Silvino made a great job.

The initial quote for mounting the TV was $250, however, I didn't have enough HDMI cables and I wanted him to install an electrical and cable outlet near the tv so I wouldn't have noticeable cables. This added to the initial cost but well worth it. He also installed my new sound bar and woofer as well as my other electronics so that everything was working before he left. He was meticulous and planned everything out in advance. When the TV was finally mounted it was perfectly balanced. He wore shoe protectors, brought drop cloths and was very careful and methodical. He had all the tools needed for the job and after he completed the job he cleaned the workspace and tidied everything up. I was very impressed with his work ethic, methodical approach and friendly demeanor. If I ever need any type of services of this type I will definitely use him and recommend him to all my friends.

The work began and it took almost 8 hours to complete. He had to cut through the back of the wood framed fireplace in order to thread the cables through. My pet peeve. I hate seeing all the cables. He then mounted the TV, connected everything and programmed it all so that it was working before he left. I admit, I am not well versed in all this so I did trust him to do the right thing and I honestly feel that he did. He is very pleasant, quiet and extremely professional. I could not be happier and plan on using him again.
