I called them up and got a price quote from them and continued to shop around, I went to best buy and got the run around as usual from the large businesses. Eventually I called them back and they honored the original quote and came out the next day to hang out flat screen and hook up accessories. They were friendly, professional and fast! They even ended up having to do additional work that they didn't quote originally and did not charge me extra because he said it was their fault for not remembering it in the quote. I would definitely recommend these guys and will use them again for my next project. Great one stop home theatre install. Support your local businesses!

I called Install Pros yesterday because I was having issues with my new multi-zone receiver. They came out the same day and come to find out the receiver was bad, so I took it back to best buy and sent them a text at 6pm and got a very quick response that he was just finishing up a job close to me and could come out tonight. They came that night re-wired, setup and tested everything to make sure everything was working properly. I would highly recommend Install Pros, great service, reliable, honest and excellent work.
